Monica began her real estate journey in 1999 and serves buyers and sellers throughout the Birmingham metro area, including Hoover, Helena, Pelham, Bessemer, Trussville, Birmingham, Homewood, Alabaster, Calera, and surrounding communities. Whether she is helping someone transition from renting to owning, purchase their first home, find their dream home, downsize after many years, or take their first steps into real estate investing, Monica’s goal is to make sure her clients feel educated, supported, and confident throughout the process.

One of Monica’s most meaningful transactions involved helping a single mother navigate a major life transition. After more than 20 years in the same home, Monica helped her prepare and stage the property, resulting in a full-price sale in less than two weeks. She then helped her purchase her dream home, giving her family the opportunity to begin an exciting new chapter. It’s experiences like these that embody Monica’s personal philosophy: “My success is found in helping others achieve theirs.”

Originally a transplant to the area herself, Monica relocated to Birmingham for work and came to appreciate just how much the area has to offer. From parks, hiking trails, golf, and boating to great restaurants, local events, school sports, and thriving communities, she loves helping clients discover the lifestyle and community that feel right for them.

Outside of real estate, Monica enjoys spending time with her husband, playing pool, working out, watching football and basketball, and traveling.
